Yeah, but ya have to have a little fun despite the situation
Funny you should describe it as kids waiting on fireworks . my fiance and I talked about it the same way on the way home from work last night -- just 2 hours before the deadline

I am 61 Hon and at my age you want things over fast, never know how long you will be around!!! Some of you guys are really humorless. And lecturing. Oh well, I knew that and posted anyway. Seriously, I think they will surrender tomorrow and it will be all over in terms of bombing. Now that would be really incredible.

"3) the real Saddam would have more fire in his eyes and wouldn't have to read from notes."
Excellent point.
I have been thinking that it probably was Saddam, perhaps filmed at an earlier time, until you brought up this point. Now I tend to agree with you.
. . . .unless Saddam was distracted and somewhat shell-shocked because he had just escaped by the skin of his teeth from a bombing that killed his kids.

Seriously, I think they will surrender tomorrow and it will be all over in terms of bombing. Now that would be really incredible. I think the majority of Republican Guard have effectively surrendered and are just negotiating terms.

And ABC just apologized for leaking military info. How are we going to win this thing if the enemy finds out we're negotiating their surrender? ABC should surrender instead!

Now, I thought you were going to be a good boy and leave these nice people alone. BTW, your comment sounds exactly like something an instant gratification teen-ager would say.

How was an humorless old man like me supposed to know you were teasing when I didn't see any sarcasm tags?

Yes, there is a Marine, Josh Gracin. He's very, very good. I don't think he'll win, but he's being noticed. He's more Country music and I'm sure Nashville will come a-knockin.
