Did anyone else see that couple of frames that looked like tape edited together? It seemed like the film slid to the side... almost like two separate tapings spliced together in one spot?

Towards the tail end of the speech I saw what looked like a slight bit of crinkle on the video. As a broadcaster, that means that it's a damaged tape, so I think it was taped.
But I work in broadcasting, so what do I know???
