The inspectors just jumped into those vehicles and were heading east, through the dessert to Saudi Arabia. The trip is expected to take 8 hours. Unfortunately, the batteries in the newly converted electric cars, only last 4 hours. I just love FReeper humor!!
Excellent!! ROTFLMCO!!

By now, we can all see the problems with a multi-national army in this circumstance. If these nations are this indecisive at the table, imagine what would happen with this power play in the field.
When we get to Baghdad, we will do our own inspecting and find the evidence that says Saddam was the supplier and teacher for the Anthrax attack.

Gregg Jarret was from Court TV. I found it in a Google search. It would help if I could spell.
To: BillCompton
Oh, no. Not Gregg from court TV. Half of these judges are not even attorneys.

I heard that too. Found it very interesting, especially when publicly saying that could put any Muslim cleric's life in danger.

I saw that! I went and told my hubby, already in bed, about it! He (LaJuenesse (sp?)) said he had been working for weeks to get one of them to say it "on the record" (read on camera) and finally did. They said it fits the bill of a "just" war because it is helping people weaker and unable to help themselves.
The only problem I have - according to them,it is a just war according to the Koran. Hmmmm... is that good?

a ministerial-level meeting on Wednesday. And Powell can report the Coalition of the Willing is pressing the attack just fine, thank you.

"some awful number of Iraqi children dying every day (I think they quote 5,000) from lack of food? ""
that is 1.8 million kids dying a year, surely iraq should be depopulated by now if this were remotely true.

Doris Kearns Goodwin was on the Imus show about a year ago and said her son had just enlisted in the Army. I was really surprised, considering he had two very liberal parents. She said he was a Harvard graduate and they were very proud of him.

IMO, what we find, and where we find it will be irrelevant in the present, or maybe even the near future. Those who beleive Saddam is guilty (in general) do not need to be swayed with proof. Those who think he isn't guilty (in general) have already ignored enough factual evidence that any more will not make a difference. In fact, anything we find will just go to reinforce anti-US sentiments, because we are an evil country and any "evidence" will have obviously been planted.
I guess my end point would be to get it into the record for future history, because in the present it will do little to sway opinions.

I think that in such an event, the U.S. will teach them the meaning of the word "VETO".
In such an unlikely event i think we could muster enough votes to simply shoot it down without a veto. That we be even more of a slap in the face.

I heard the German guy still wanting to discuss long term and 30 day goals for disarmament. He's got to be related to the Black Knight on Monty Python who denies he's just been dismembered. For that matter, the whole UN is like that.

Limbaugh said the head of the UN in-country inspectors was told by the US to get, while the getting's good.
He called the Guinea president of the UN Security Council for instructions.
That guy called Kofi for instructions.
Kofi called Chiraq who called Ammanpour who called Peter Jennings who called Bill Clinton who called Beijing who called Pyongyang.
Kim then call Jimmuh, but Jimmy was busy tilting at rabbits.
Anyway, the in-country guy decided to listen to the 300K+ troops waiting to kick butt, and um, his notes on all the
previously known, but unaccounted for, chemical and biological weapons.
So, he called Kofi back to say take this job and shove it.
