"It would be nice to have a FReeper in the Middle East."
South of Kuwait, but still zulu+3 here at my location. Don't know that I can be of much help, however. I don't see much CNN and the state run radio station doesn't help much. OPSEC won't allow me to say a whole heck of a lot.

Thank you for your kind thoughts and prayers. Thankfully, for the most part, our beloved soldiers are supported and they are ready and willing to do the job requested of them by the President.

Last time, they thought they might be treated very badly when they gave themselves up. As well they would....being that they (Saddam's regime) have inhumanely mistreated and tortured their own people, naturally, they could only believe they, themselves, would be treated even worse by "the enemy."

Especially after seeing what happened to the poor soul that tried to get help from the UN in Baghdad. It was reported by a man on FOX the other day, who knows Blix very well ~and likes him not one bit~ that this was Blix's comment concerning that poor man, "there certainly are more elegant ways of contacting us". Nough said?

Thanks. Trust me, I intend to. I'm still questioning my own sanity for doing this.

They are not surrendering, because they are cowards, like the French. Probably true ---but still it sounds like the kind of war the French should be glad to participate in ---they could see who surrenders first. The French would run to the Iraqi side to surrender and the Iraqis would be running to the French side to surrender.

Another suggested it was Hillary helping the war effort. (Looks a bit thin for Hillary).

"Sounds like they've been trained well by the French."
Absolutely hilarious!

Tex, I posted to you on the other thread before I noticed that you were over here, thanks for the ping.
When I got home a little earlier I caught a Fox News Update that Turkey has gotten a new leader that is in favor of full Deployment of US Troops in that country and is threatening to terminate anyone who opposed that deployment. This paves the way for build up of Troops on the Northern front.
Thinking of you and your son.
God Bless our Troops and their families!!

Jackie-O it is all quite on the Modesto homefront today. Wonder if tomorrow will be a big day, but just a trickle of info would do. I just can't wait to see a mugshot of Snotty boy. You know he may just want to blame it on the viagra. The viagra made me do it.
Hey maybe the reason we have not seen Snott lately is because he may be in some sleezy motel room no longer breathing and body has turned blue from have taken an overdose of viagra. I can see the headlines now:
Modesto Suspect Husband Found O D On Viagra In Pusscatch Motel
