Important for UN to be robust body (i.e., they have yet another chance), but we don't need their permission.

Bush supports Turkey getting into EU. Support for Turkey, we have contingencies in place.

YOU ARE TIRED,,,how do you think our president feels. He is light years beyond you in tired, he has had to deal with the entire world bashing him. Give the man a break, grow a backbone, show some capacity to follow a leader that is the most trustworthy one we have seen in years and years.
