I suspect the President will simply be explaining a few things about Iraq and maybe giving Saddam a final deadline. Major announcements like "The war has begun" are not made at press conferences.

Watch Helen Thomas take this as gospel, like she used that story about a month ago from the Tehran Times that Senator Lugar was going to be Viceroy of Iraq or something like that and was bugging Ari about it. He tried his best to get her to admit that was her source.
