Helen: Ari, since there is an atmosphere of the imminence of war in this White House, and since we have no direct access to the President, will you state for the record, for the historical record, why he wants to bomb Iraqi people?
MR. FLEISCHER: Helen, I dispute the premise of your question, first of all. There's regular -- there's regular access to the President. The President is asked questions all the time. And when the President --
Helen: He hasn't had a press conference for months.
MR. FLEISCHER: And when 14 of your colleagues spend 36 minutes asking scores of questions to the President just two days ago --
Helen: Well, that's not a news conference.

I just put up my "Support Our Troops" yard sign I bought for $12.95 at www.grassfire.net The sign is brightly colored and has a picture of our soldiers raising the flag at Iwo Jima!
Please join me in showing support for our troops! Lets decorate the countryside with these signs and show our soldier's and neighbors that WE CARE!
FYI:The Marine Corps War Memorial in Arlington, Virginia, honors all marines who have died in action since 1775, the year the Marine Corps was founded. The memorial, often called the Iwo Jima Memorial, shows the raising of the American flag on the Pacific island of Iwo Jima in 1945. Five marines and a Navy medical corpsman raised the flag after the United States captured the island from Japan during World War II.

"Dune it in tents". Getting a tad risque aren't we?
George Bernard Shaw I think it was, claimed that the reason people didn't like a pun is 'cause they didn't think of it themselves and I'm sticking with GBS, just not quite as much as with GWB, but, you know...

Fact #1: The White House Press Corps are freakin idiotsFact #2: They still don't get it
Fact #3: Just as you do with children, murderous tyrants like Saddam, and idiot members of the press...
things must be repeated and repeated and repeated,
Thus, Bush wil REPEAT what he has been saying for months, he will REPEAT what the U.N. has beed debating for years, and he will REPEAT what Saddam has not done for a decade of U.N. Resolutions.
he will then ask questions of the press......
They will illustrate my Fact number one above. He will answer their questions and he will be satisfied that at least he gave them a chance to ask intelligent questions before we strike Iraq.

Got to see the last part. Looked like Bush was tired of the idiots in the press corps (the questions, that is).
