I have nothing to worry about re: false ID. It's o.k. with me if it's a federal felony.
To: ArrogantBustard
I have photographed numerous structures using only their nighttime illumination. Norris Dam:
I couldn't find a pic of Norris Dam at night, but most of the pics I did see (on google img search) didn't show many lighting fixtures.
This isn't the sort of structure that is spectacular to see at night. (I don't think-- someone correct me here)

"throw the bastards out of my country NOW!!!".
At this moment there is a bill on Virginia Governor Warner's desk to make it impossible for illegal aliens to get a Virginia Drivers licence.
He cannot decide whether or not to sign the bill. (uh.. He's a Democrat).
P.S. Three of the 19 9/11 hijackers had illegal Virginia driver's licences.
To: Mudboy Slim
As you may know Mudboy, the VA house and senate passed a bill denying drivers liscenes to illegal aliens. Good Gov. Warner hasn't decided yet if he will sign it.

Hussein and Iraq were ready-made villians, just waiting to be blamed for something.Cmon, Pete, Saddam is a monster. Its just a matter of time before he gives Al-Qaeda a germ or RICIN. (Remember? the stuff the brits just found in their midst, in the hands of someone who full intended to use it). Comparing Bush to Clinton is just absurd. Im not quite a Bushbot...yet. I believe hes in the right place at the right time. Do I think he walks on water? No. But right now I would follow him and his team to Hell and back. Just my opinion, but he believes in what he is doing and hasnt wavered. That alone makes him better than most politicians. Would you rather have had that twit Gore in office when the airplanes hit the towers? We'd all be praying to the east by now......

As a further suggestion, have you considered running for office in your state? I live in NC,and Giddy Dolt was just coronated here. There were a couple of actual conservatives who wanted that Senate seat, but between the state and federal party machines, they were shut out from day 1.

Better to be a Bush-bot than a Saddam Butt-Kisser. But this is America and if you choose to have your lips on Saddam's ass, who are we to stop you.... How would you know? You have your mouth wrapped around Ali Bubba Bush's penis,so the view would be the same for you either way.
BTW,ESAD.

Tennessee SHOULD care if someone is using a fake ID but how can they know it is fake if there is no central control of the process? Somehow or the other we are "talking past" each other. Either you don't understand my points,or I don't understand yours. Or both.
Tenn doesn't care about a fake VIRGINIA ID because that is for Virginia to prosecute. It's only their concern in cases like driving without a valid license,or using a fake ID to commit a fraud.
In MY opinion,we already have too much stinking "central control".

Oh, I forgot -- the FBI in Waco and Ruby Ridge (but that was "officially" sanctioned terrorism) The other examples were more the random acts of looney-tunes,not a true organized terrorist operation. Waco and Ruby Ridge were purposeful acts of organized terrorism.

I have nothing to worry about re: false ID. It's o.k. with me if it's a federal felony. As long as it's ok with you,I guess that's all that matters. Kinda like "I didn't care when they came for the Jews, because I wasn't a Jew....",right? After all,we don't need no stinking states rights when we have big brudder feral gooberment lookin' out fer us! --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Cmon, Pete, Saddam is a monster. No doubt about it. So are Uncle Prescott Bush's business partners in China,Castro in Cuba, and a untold number of others in other middle-eastern countries and in Africa. So what?
Its just a matter of time before he gives Al-Qaeda a germ or RICIN. (Remember? the stuff the brits just found in their midst, in the hands of someone who full intended to use it).
What's to keep the fundie Muslims (you know, the ones he has killed tens of thousands of) from using it on him if he were stupid enough to do this?
Comparing Bush to Clinton is just absurd.
You're right. Ali Bubba Bush is a MUCH more successful statist than Bubba-1 even dreamed about being.
Would you rather have had that twit Gore in office when the airplanes hit the towers? We'd all be praying to the east by now......
This has to be one of the lamest arguements yet. Are you claiming we should all accept Ali Bubba Bush as our personal saviors? Goober would have probably bombed Finland for what Saudi Arabia is really responsible for,and Ali Bubba is bombing Iraq instead of Finland.

It might be difficult to set your sites so high on the first attempt. Maybe a city council seat, or mayor would serve as a stepping stone to higher offices. The people that get elected to the senate have been in the game a long time.

Being a photographer, who has sold stock photos, I have shot many pictures at odd times and light conditios.
I suggested infrared film, because it might make it possible to show weak spots in the dam.
But if they were shooting with a flash(as the above post reports) I doubt they were that smart.
I have been to Norris Dam and couldn't recall any lights, but it has been awhile and things change.
To: razorback-bert; Semper911
Semper: Unless that power station (or whatever that is on the right hand edge) is brightly lighted, that would be a boring one. And they were apparently using a flash, which probably didn't do them any good.
razorback: Good point about the IR film.
