Being a photographer, who has sold stock photos, I have shot many pictures at odd times and light conditios.
I suggested infrared film, because it might make it possible to show weak spots in the dam.
But if they were shooting with a flash(as the above post reports) I doubt they were that smart.
I have been to Norris Dam and couldn't recall any lights, but it has been awhile and things change.

Semper: Unless that power station (or whatever that is on the right hand edge) is brightly lighted, that would be a boring one. And they were apparently using a flash, which probably didn't do them any good.
