Dam strange time to be taking travel photos.

Not to be defending these 'gentlemen', but I find it not strange in the least. Most dams that I have seen are brightly lighted, and by that light look very from their daytime appearance. I have photographed numerous structures using only their nighttime illumination.

That said, I seriously doubt that these characters were interested in the artistic effect of the sodium vapour lamps.

Plus,he thumps a bible with the best of them! NOBODY fakes sincerity like Bubba Bush.

This sort of bitterness and baseless criticism of President Bush is truly unbecoming, and beneath even you.

C'mon Pete. You wail about Ashcroft hiding under your bed and reading your girlie mags but when the next attack comes, you'll be the first one to wail "What happened to Homeland Security?".

Don't bet on it. I'm not delusional enough to think the feral gooberment can protect me from something like that.

I also won't be the one applauding Janet Ashcroft when he calls for a gun registration bill. He and his master have already notified the Supreme Court in writing that their opinion is that DESPITE the 2nd Amendment being a individual right,"the federal government has the right to place reasonable restrictions on that right". How's THAT for a doublespeak statement Clinton would have been proud to utter? --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Now, Annie as you know we still have posters on Free Republic who still post their tired and worthless mantras, "There is no difference between GW and the Goron and no difference between the Republicans and the DemonicRats.

Replies like yours might upset these Darwin candidates for the Terminally Deluded!

Well, since we have had 4 acts of terror in this country in the last 30 or so years,I think we should all hide under our beds until the feral gooberment tells us it's safe to come out again.

Then again,I don't worship politicians or political parties.

It's just a coincidence that ALL the terrorists on 9/11 were ME's.

A "coincidence" is when we bomb and invade Iraq for something done by 15 Saudi's.

I know that, but the fact remains establishing laws for the issuing of drivers licenses is STILL a state matter.

BTW,unless I read the story wrong, the false ID was a Virginia drivers license.

Life is just too short to be as bitter as you appear to be. Might I suggest that you do some research and find a place to live that better suits your needs, wants and beliefs. I think you will find that by removing the stress our great country appears to be imposing on you, you will live a much happier, longer life. Not only that, you could still post from that country and tell us all what we are missing out on.

I agree with some of what you say; the system we life in may not be perfect, but I think it is better than the rest

If it is purely a state matter, who would TN care if they use a fake Virginia license? Hell, you could make a fake ID and drive anywhere you wanted.

Have a plastic Bush bobbing on the dashboard of your car,do ya? I'm assuming it's a miniture plastic Bush, and not the real plastic Bush?
