a witch doctor promised that Spielberg, music mogul David Geffen and 23 other people on the entertainer's list of enemies would die.

Well hell - I could have told him they would die...

Notice how I answered your question with a direct answer, not in your style of ... twist.. spin, blah... blah .. blah. I refuse to respond to you anymore.

Carry on with your bashing of MJ. I dare say you may be treading on attempts to slander him though, I think you are conspiring with a fellow freeper to do this guy in. Be very careful.. the thought police are around every corner and ready to bring criminal charges forward. Espicially if they sense you are weakened and ready fall. If Trumping up charges is good for the goose then it is good for the gander.

Good day.

FYI -

You are mistaken if you think chlorine bleach is being used.
The truth is, it is possible to de-pigment (or "bleach")the skin with topical medicine.

I can't speak for whether Michael Jackson is a sufferer, but depigmentation is one of the treatments for vitiligo, usually when vitiligo is extensive, or re-pigmentation therapies are unsuccessful.

Monobenzene in a topical cream is used. The most frequently used commercial product is called Benoquin.

The downside of this therapy is that it takes about a year to completely dipigment the skin where applied, and the depigmentaion is permanent. It makes the skin completely white, and no natural sun protection remains.

He may or not have been treating vitilgo, but medical depigmentation is effective and available.

Yes, I object to the way the media has tired to get us to believe he has "bleached" his skin with some sort of derivitive of bleach. My point is if it were that simple, other black skined people would have tried it.

The magazine reported that Jackson must pay off the principal on a $200 million loan within a few years, which will be nearly impossible unless he sells his most valuable asset, the Beatles song catalog.

Yes! Thank you Lord.

The fingers that Jackson taped are to hide the brown skin under his fingernails. Most of the other nails are white, but those three fingers are still black.

Wasn't there a guy in Fat Albert and the Cosby Kids who talked like that? Mush-Mouth?

I don't know. I was old when Fat Albert was on TV and never watched it.

I don't know. I never watched that program because I was already an old man when it was on TV.

we all spoke it as kids just to drive the parents insane. Worked pretty well, too. :-)

Problem starts when your folks learn it too.

On the other hand, we speak German when we don't want the kids to know what's going on. To figure out what we're saying, they'll have to actually learn a REAL language.

And if they figure THAT out, then we'll start speaking . . .

There was just a case of a woman at the State Department who had a friend, also from the State Department, try to kill her husband. Seems that woman's defense was that it was just to scare him. In any case, not an effective attack. Yet, if I remember correctly, both women were convicted of conspiracy, I believe. Sorry, I just can't remember the details well.

I went to bed and didn't see your post on Oklahoma law. So in Oklahoma, you can be imprisoned for attempted murder if you hire a witch doctor...oooookay. Thanks for sharing. :-)

Good catch. But seriously, this is one of those cases in which "the law is a ass," as Dickens would say. I still can't imagine a jury bringing in a conviction.

You wouldn't happen to know what federal law says on the issue?

Ooooh! Good one, Per Loin! Why didn't I think of that? We've been talking about the wrong suspect. If a voodoo guy actually proclaims that he CAN kill with his magic powers and takes money to do so, that SHOULD be good for a murder conviction. Excellent point!

Murder and solicitation or conspiracy to commit murder are, in most cases, handled by the states. In California, factual impossibility is not a valid defense for either solicitation or conspiracy. Go here for a quick verification of that.
