Just posted Hillary's remarks on the floor of the Senate from last night when she spoke at 5:00 cst. I received in an email a short time ago with these comments from the Congressional Record. Please note the last paragraphs that are in bold. This woman speaks with a forked tongue!

If the stories we read of the fear the Democrats have of Al Sharpton's primary campaign, an effective tactic might be to call Democratic senators and tell them that we will trade our votes for Sharpton for their votes against Estrada. Good idea. At least half of the states have open primaries or blanket primaries, where Republicans and Independents can cross-over and vote for a DemocRAT candidate. With 8 or 10 DemocRAT candidates, if enough Republicans and Independents cross-over and vote for Sharpton, they can really throw a monkey-wrench into the DemocRAT primary process.

You're a tad "out of it" today, my friend.....a late night, perhaps?

"That sounds like a scary weapon! How could you have such a scary looking weapon? What's wrong with you! You could put an eye out! Or worse!"
I'll have you know that the chrome lined barrel is now gleaming! and...
I didn't accidentally shoot myself while cleaning it.
BTW - Nobody ever accidentally shot themselves while cleaning their weapon. That's just a ploy so that families of cops who commit suicide can collect benefits.

On another note, I am watching a committee grilling of Hamid Karzai.
The RATS are trying to get him to say something negative about the administrations handling of Afghanistan.
He ain't biting the bait!
In fact, he told them not to believe the lies that the NYT and Washington Post is putting out.
Very informative and entertaining. The RATS, having failed in the first attempt, are now rephrasing basically the same questions and Karzai is still not biting.

Ya know, a political poster with both Debbie and Jennifer would become an instant collector's item.....and worthy of a "captioning" thread on FR..

Did he actually use the names of the papers, or was he just using the general "media" term?
There is too much going on! I can't keep up! Information overload!

...I sense huge exposures of liberal hypocrisy about to unfold....I have been praying to our Father in heaven about the distortion and actual lying, that which is purposefully done, that has so hurt our nation and have asked Him to help our nation cut through the deceit and have hearts to hear the truth. I believe fully that this prayer, part of my daily prayer, is being answered in an awesome way.
This nonsense that is so hurtful and devastating to everyone involved and all who hear it has got to stop. It is wrong, and if we don't support Miguel Estrada actively, what are we doing here but preaching to the choir?
With toll free numbers to call the capital in DC, available on yesterday's thread-what excuse does anyone here have for not picking up a phone and demonstrating the force of one's convictions?
Thank you for all you do----as you have noted----I carry your byline because I LOVE IT!

Anyone has a direct ine into Rush, or the super-secret email address? A FReeper yesterday (sorry, can't remember who it was, in the live thread from yesterday) had the brilliant idea of Rush asking his show sponsor, Select Comfort, to donate some of those air mattresses to the Republicans, much better to rest on than the cots. That might perk the ears of the mainstream press, they love a good angle on a story!!

HA! I will bet Brit Hume has that on his show tonight! I am sorry I missed it!
Sounds like Dubya's calling in his markers. Good for him!

That's a waste of time.....you'd get more satisfation watching a compost pile... Maybe it is, maybe it isn't. But it is my responsibility to do it and it didn't take much effort. It's less of a waste than, say, voting for Harry Browne. Now THAT'S a waste of time!

The "dims" are self-destructingYep. I hope that after a few more turns on the spit they will be well-cooked.
The greatest thing is ... they are cooking themselves, using lies and nastiness as their fuel, and they are inviting the American people to watch their Bar-B-Q.
I think a setting sun would make a great brand for their final product.
