I don't think the public is buying the rats contentions. Estrada is just not in the habit of criticizing the nine and I believe people can understand that.

Dorgan is worried because Estrada would be a life-time appointee. What if confirming Estrada is a bad mistake?

Dorgan is another one of the "hair impaired" Democrats. His hair looks like it comes from some spot behind his left ear and has been flipped up front by some spatula based device. It gives him the plastic hair on the top of Ken Doll look. Which I suppose is better than having actual doll hair like Biden does.

Dorgan is spewing hydrogen out of his mouth right now. He says "hydrogen is a wonderful thing".
