Durbin is telling us that the Senate should not vote without the information needed.
Perhaps Mr. Durbin has fogotten the Vote to Remove Clinton that was taken without ANY evidence being allowed to be heard.

I don't think the public is buying the rats contentions. Estrada is just not in the habit of criticizing the nine and I believe people can understand that.
