Not here. Rush comes on, then barnyard news, then O'Reilly.

Seans heart and mind are in the right place...RUSH has several years on him and it shows. I would not be surprised if RUSH has a piece of his syndication.

I like Sean. As soon as Rush is finished I switch to Sean. Sean is a staight, stand up kind of guy that takes on opposing views everyday. He has done well for himself.

his brain is just not fast enough on its feet.Well, uh, dittoes....I think! Rush really does have a brilliant intellect. Some days are down for Rush, but Sean, bless his heart, has never matched Rush's leading and needling of hostile guests. Sean just doesn't listen while he's thinking of his next point....

I wish FOX deported Colmes to his la-la land. Why do we have to put up with this "balance"? Networks do not balance their commie liberals with decent people. Let Colmes have his show, see how many people will watch it. He sometimes turns me off, and as a result I turn Hannity - Colmes off. Pitty.

I don't understand why we are having a debate on who is better: Rush or Sean. They are both great voices for conservatism, together have a 6 hour stretch on the radio, and are individuals, so of course they will have unique, different characteristics from one another. I enjoy listening to both of them when I can.
Sean's book was great, by the way. If anyone hasn't read it, I highly recommend it.

True, but facts are facts. O'Reilly outranks every cable host and he didn't do it with monologue. He faces his accusers.

How many assistants from the various shows do you think are monitoring this thread and throwing in good comments for their guy?

and then getting the call to come stay a night in the Lincoln bedroom?I think your recollection has faded ... Rush got the *invite* late in X-41's term and left a note for one of the guests of the then-incoming president's friends ...

He is getting better.
To: _Jim
no no...Rush went there just a few weeks before the election...his tune changed dramtically after that.
To: chasio649
also Rush always makes all these grand predictions and when they never come true.CARE to name *one* grand prediction of his - let alone ONE that he 'fumbled'??

He landed his first job as a talk host on WVNN-AM in Huntsville, Ala., just as Operation Desert Storm began. Owner Bill Dunnavent hired him in late 1990 because "something about his tape just caught me. I said, `Yeah, he's a Yankee, but so what? He'll stand out.' " Actually, Sean has said his "first" radio show was on the University of Santa Barbara campus, in the late 80's, on their campus radio station. He was fired after approx. 40 on air hours, because he "was too conservative." This happening, in what was formally known as "Reagan Country."
Sean packed his bags and headed east. Thank goodness!

"They're a bunch of gutless, spineless cowards," he snarls from his WABC-AM studio. He jeers at DemocratsTypical conservative - - he "snarls" and "jeers".

Is Liddy still on the radio? After they dropped him from the local am station, I haven't heard a thing about him.I used to really enjoy the G-man's show here in the Philly area, but he was dropped one day and I have no idea where I can pick him up.
