I went through my bookmarks today and noticed alot of the old unaccesible threads and went down memory lane. Where is everybody? So many I can't list but I wonder where they went or if screen names have been changed.

Thanks for the mention. It's always fun to get together to hash out a better debate than any gun rag.

There was a poster who's name I don't recall. He was a helicopter pilot during the VietNam war and he always had a wealth of information. He was funny, too. I think it was THORN.... I can't fill in the blanks.

Thorn11cav.....I haven't seen him around in quite awhile. His anectdotal stuff was quite funny.

I think he'd been for 2 tours with Air Cav in the mid-60s....Thunderhorse or some kind of name for their outfit.

That's the guy. I just looked him up and he's banned. I wonder what caused that. Sometimes I wish we could read their last posts. Sungirl is gone too. I was very lucky that I didn't go that way when I was with Fred25 writing about the JFK assassination. It was a little touch and go for a while. When it was at it's worst, I had to help a guy move from Texas to Montana. I was gone for a week and missed some of the more hair raising conflicts. I think when I came back Fred25 was banned.

If JimRob hadn't stopped the thirty year old controversies on FR, I'd probably not been able to write this.

Please rethink your stereotype ('dimwitted,' 'mental midgets'.....and what was that tripe about 'arousal induced hero worship?? LOL!). It couldn't be farther from the truth with regard to those of us who support and admire this President. (How DO you deal with the thousands of men who admire him as well?)
