This afternoon four members of the Houston Area Texans Free Republic Chapter
confronted and provided counterpoint to a group of liberal America haters.
At Mecom Fountain, a prominant public spot in Houston, numerous
liberal demonstrators have been for many weeks now opposing
war with Iraq and the liberation of Iraq's citizens.
We got tired of that.
Here we see the pacifists, waiting for an opportunity to hug one another and sing
a jolly song, nothing bad ever happens which can't be solved with a jolly song.
The pacifists had a good vantage point and everyone got to see them..
Unfortunately, FReepers showed up and upset the apple cart for the peaceniks.
Flyer and Dix confer over tactics and banner construction.
PetroniDE joins in, with a BIG FLAG!
The opposition sent over a real Pagan Witch to debate us!
She needed some information, we did our best.
Old Glory flying high in Houston!
The French Ambassador was unimpressed with our efforts.
I hate it when that happens!

I went from the FReep straight to work. Got in about 20 minutes ago. Thanks for the thread. I'll look at my pictures later and see if there is anything to add. Meanwhile Bump, Go Rodeo! and stuff like that.

Sorry I did not see this yesterday, Humble One!
Love your dedicated band of brothers and sisters there in Houston, who at the drop of a - well, HAT - will
ACT !! Just like drops of water shaping the Grand Canyon, you are chipping away at the stones of liberal minds and hearts, carving new pathways.
God bless you all.....

Thanks much!
The commie/leftist/pacifist/Americahaters are a very entertaining lot;
they are far more amusing than anything on cable...

Mornin' ...
Some might think I'm selling those, but I'm not. Someone posted that link earlier this week and I saw it, went there and just had to have one of the T's and 2 of the Bumper Stickers. I'm thinkin' about sending the other BS to my (Texas) brother in California.

I'd bet the french are not terribly enthused!
"Sacre bleu, les Texans do not like our appeasement!"
I know 8th grade band classes with more gumption than the french.

"Sacre bleu, les Texans do not like our appeasement!" LOL ! That's it. Let's Roll !
I put a U.S. flag bumber sticker on my car right after 9-11. It's still there on the back glass driver's side. I put that one (post #22) on the passenger side. Cool, huh? LOL ! ...
