WANTED: Seminar callers to call Left Wing Radio

O.K., The Left has organized a handful of ill-informed anti-Bush, anti-American, anti-Rush Limbaugh whiners to call into Conservative talk radio and allow the host to make mincemeat of them and generally use their calls to illustrate the idiocy of the Left.

OUR MISSION: Well, we really don't need to organize as the Left must. We don't need talking points like the Left does. In fact, we don't even need to form a Right Wing conspiracy to encourage callers to call the Left Wing hosts.

It will happen all by itself, as market forces do. Conservatives will call the Left Wing hosts and it will be interesting to see if they are:

• Put to the front of the line as Rush does with his liberal callers
• Treated politely
• Given time to make their point before getting hung up on.
• Even get thru the screeners at all

THIS WILL BE FUN. No organization needed. No seminar needed. Have fun.

Remember, if you're going to do this, the best thing to do is ridicule them. Ever hear what the Howard Stern listeners do to other NY talk show hosts? Otherwise, you might want to listen to some of the fake calls that Glenn Beck "takes" from time to time. Pretend to call up as a rabid, frothing, maggot-infested lefty, make absurd claims and see if you can get the host to agree with you.

That said, I'd love to see Al Franken get a radio show. Just something else for him to fail at. If we're going to Freep him, we should always call him "Stuart" when we call.

I have waited in vain for Rush or O'Rilley to make the case for the failure of talk radio left to get an audience. I see that the audience is already tuned in to FM rap, hip-hop, and drive-time goats like Howard Stern. They have a kindergarten attention span and a fun-24/7 lifetime goal with no time to THINK seriously about anything.

You're absolutely right...leftists that they are, they will use the "total calls received" as "proof" they have "listeners" to syndicate the program and to "impress" potential advertisers.
