There was a list on this thread:
http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/news/860985/posts (right before the #2 reply.)
But I know that can't be all of them. I'm wondering if anyone has started a thread on this yet. Keep your eyes open and ping me if you run across something. I'll do the same. :-)

Thank you for praying for our Rosie and my sister, and Palladin's niece, and our Troops, potlatch. And thanks ever so for your kind words and prayers for me. Everyone who has participated on these YROT threads have been so gracious. I truly feel like Holy Spirit is working with all of us here.

Thank you for joining us in prayer on all these matters which have been placed before our prayer circle, maranatha. I'm grateful for the reminder from Phil 4:19
We are very happy to include Mitchell with the USAF in Oman in our prayers.
OUR FATHER,
We place before you our Mitchell who is with the USAF in Oman from which it is our understanding that many of the planes to be used in eventual war with Iraq will fly. Father, surround Mitchell and his unit with our prayers. Surround all the pilots in the USAF with your angels. Bless and keep all of our troops and their leaders. Bless their families and friends they have left at home.
We have gathered together on this forum on this particular set of threads to form a powerful coalition of prayer warriors. Father, we are so grateful that you have called us to do this work together. You have shown us so vividly how our prayers have brought about remarkable results in the life of our Yellow Rose of Texas. We can see that by thy grace, you have perhaps been preparing us and giving us confidence to attempt some heavy lifting in the days to come. We are grateful for all of these young people. We are grateful for this nation and her Constitution and all who have ever made it possible for us to continue to live our lives under it.
Guide us, Our Father, in the prayer work which is before us to do. Take all of the prayers which we offer in the earnestness of our hearts and multiply them. Especially let each and every prayer we may whisper for a loved one who is in harm's way be immediately multiplied so that by your grace it may count as a prayer shouted not only for that loved one, but for all who are under arms for freedom.
We thank you that you are gracious to hear and answer us so abundantly with your blessings and miracles.
Amen

Thank you for your profound remarks, Palladin. I really like your comment about the rippling pond waters. I had not thought of that, but I have to agree that our love and concern for Rosie has truly brought us together and our Father in Heaven has forged thereby a prayer circle with a history of seeing our prayers do a mighty work in the name of the Lord. We of course realize that there are many powerful prayer warriors and prayer circles out there spread out across the land, but I find it truly exciting to be a part of this one!

Prayer bump for our service men and women going into battle and for our service men and women supporting them. God bless them and our commander-in-chief, George W. Bush and the men and women who work with him. God bless our allies and the brave intenational leaders and the people around the world who join with the United States to help the suffering Iraqi people and who have join us in this critical, international fight against terror and evil.

"Is there a thread dedicated to Freepers who have family members over there in Iraq area who need prayer? Every time I run across a name, I say a prayer that night but my memory won't hold all of them. I need a list to print out and put by my bed. Sounds silly, I know, but it just seems like a more personal prayer is needed -- a prayer with actual names. "
Excellent question, Nita! It wouldnt surprise me if someone had started one!
Does anyone know the answer to Nita's question?

"I've wondered that myself. A list of names and relationship to FReeper would be terrific and maybe a separate place to post pictures of them. That would be so cool because we could print out the list for prayer time. I know I pray when I read of someone in service and have added a couple to prayer list, but a list would be so helpful and we'd be sure everyone and their families were covered. "
Very good statement defining our need, maranatha. Now....to find out if it is already being done, or if we need to generate one somehow.

You have a spirited agreement here.

Amen! AMEN! Beautiful prayer. Do you mind if I copy-n-paste it to another site on the Canteen so any service member or family member who visits can read it?

I would suggest starting at the Canteen. If there isn't anything currently there, it is a great place to start one. We have been listing names and addresses (with permission) for care packages. Many service members visit there.
