I love the Glenn Beck show. He used to be our local afternoon talk radio host, but since going national and in the AM, I only get to listen to snippets.

I did hear part of his show this AM and thought his points about nailing people with their thoughts on terrorism now, instead of after war starts was right on.

He does do his homework, and at the same time can give you a good laugh. I heard his parody song about "I love the French" the other day, so funny!!!

might be. the fact is, in a free society such as ours anyone who intends to do evil will do evil. unfortunately, in a politically correct society such as ours, our options for casting a net broad enough to do good without being so broad as to be meaningless are severely limited.

i'm afraid that another, much bigger attack will be necessary to get the nation to tell the politically correct crowd to shut the hell up; and unless the politically correct crowd pre-emptively shuts up, such an attack is almost certain.

midtown is crawling with cops

Walked through Times Square on my way to work - they had a couple of SWAT guys with black masks and machine guns standing outside the broadway tickets booth. Watching it on TV somehow doesn't have the same impact as it does up close and personal. For the first time since September 11, it felt like a war zone again.

What is certain is that the RATS and their friends in the media will try to use the next attack as a reason to stand down-it'll be caused by Bush's "provocations".
