I personally would stop a suspicious truck when it's NOT on the bridge. But that's just me.

Foxnews is reporting it also. All traffic (which is always heavy) is not permitted to cross The truck is being searched now.

channel 5 in nyc reports that man of middle-eastern descent has been taken into custory "for questioning" about the truck. they have the back of it open. and they're keeping traffic
far away.
