Apologize for the cut & paste- here's what I could gather quickly-- first, good advice from our own Utah Girl:

Here is a thread I put together last year right after 9/11. It contains information on a 72 hour kit, the kit has everything in it that one person would need for 72 hours. One can grab it and run. There is also information there about home food storage, using and storing food all the time.

Yeah, I'm just amazed that the goobermint is promoting the breaking of their own stupid hoarding laws .

Why the shock? Much easier to confiscate if you have it ready to haul away, and prepackaged into a one-man-three-day unit...

by the title, it appeared as though you'd completely lost it and were giving tips on how to be a better terrorist...

actually, there ARE a few tips you could give them;

1) The "bullseye" is recognized in America as a sign of hope.

2) If you bath in green (or) purple Kool-Aid(TM) concentrate; your skin will become bullet proof.

3) Alcohol, if consumed in very large quantities, will increase your response time in a crisis. Guaranteed!
