Posted on 02/10/2003 3:39:43 PM PST by americanbychoice
We need to act now to show those socialists that we are behind our country. Boycott their products, that's where it will hurt the most. Let's buy products from countries that support us.

Obviously, since all good FREEPer's have outgrown their ketchup phase, you must prefer Guldens verses Frenches mustard. Well, to each his own but the next time you're having a burger, I recommend that you try moving up to the bright yellow stuff. It offers a much more sophisticated reward to the discerning palette.
The BYMLA's (Bright Yellow Mustard Lover's Association) motto says it all:
Bright yellow is always right for hot dogs, hamburgers, and french fries
While Guldens on cold cuts and other meats make for happy eyes.
But Dujon never go near,
It is for the liberal whose afraid that others might lear.
Oh, and Dejon users need not reply here and should direct their comments to the ketchup crowd.

"Is the Becks beer I drink in the U.S. the same as the Becks in Germany?
Absolutely. The same process and the same ingredients go into every bottle of Becks. All of it is made at our one and only brewery in Bremen, Germany."

I'm sorry but whether it is spelled dijon, dejon, or dujon, you most still redirect your comments to the ketchup crowd. I believe you will find them at DU. :-)

BWAHAHA... Well I like my fries with cheese 'n chili, my FRiend. No catsup, no yellow stuff.
You're right, though, about the burger. Burger just ain't the same without a lil' bite. I have to part with ya on the dijon issue though-- I ain't no stinkin' lib but my favorite mustards are the hot spicy ones that make ya cry like a girl when ya bite into 'em...
Though a good yellow onion will work the same magic. Ain't nothin' like a half-inch slab of yellow onion that leaves ya reeking tearfully even before you eat it...

Our group (10) tried to put heavy peer pressure on me to take a Paris to Normandy riverboat cruise two weeks ago for our annual trip, and I said hell no, I won't go.
I won't get near those nasty frogs again!
Semi-social meltdown becoming a standoff.
I said you all go, but the frogs are are enemies and hate us, I aint going period!
Finally, the ice cracked, and now we are going to Spain and Portugal - so score one more!

I agree with the principle but it could hurt us more than them. Michelin & BMW employ thousands here in South Carolina. Mercedes does likewise in Alabama.
