OMG........I've never heard the N-word version either and I'm 41 years old. I'm sick and tired of hearing this stupid hyper-sensitve CRAP!! I sincerely hope this will get thrown out and never make it to trial.

Let's make "not-niceness" illegal? Thay way EVERYTHING will be covered & we won't waste the courts time?

BTW...whatever happened to the tiger in this rhyme?

"Atta, Boy!" will catch some racist attention, too.

Some people are looking to be "offended" and there are a lot of shyster lawyers willing to represent them in court. A loser pays system would stop this kind of nonsense.

Plaintiffs' attorney Scott Wissel

I'll bet that the name is pronounsed "Weasel".

"The court agrees with plaintiffs that because of its history, the phrase `eenie, meenie, minie, moe' could reasonably be viewed as objectively racist and offensive,"

Words fail me.

This is what happens when trial lawyers have been given free reign for too long. AND why we need GOOD judges on the bench. I am typing this as I am watching CSPAN Senatorial debate about Estrada. Schumer is on now and is really hard to take.

Oh, I've heard it - from my mom (I'm 38). She lived in Mississippi in the mid 50's so maybe that's where she got it. I don't have any idea if it's the "original" version of the rhyme and the two who filed the lawsuit are just pulling the latest version of the Tawana Brawley scam.

`eenie, meenie, minie, moe'

Tweety, of the Bugs Bunny cartoon, is in big trouble.

I distinctly recall an episode when Sylvester the cat was hanging from his toes on a high wire. Tweety comes along and says as he lifts up each toe: "eenie, meenie, minie ..." (Sylvester has only 3 toes and falls.)

"What do you know, they ain't no mo'", Tweety says.

LOL! A lot of people won't get that, either.

Easy to find out. I'm sure there is a manifest of all passengers on board. Track them down and find out what was said. If she used the "n" word then the company should pay, but from what it sounds like she said "tiger".

I've never heard that the rhyme comes from slave days. I doubt these Plaintiffs did either till they talked to a lawyer.

I know. I see this sort of nonsense in the news every single day. It's taking a toll.
