Boy's bombshell: Michael Jackson had sex with me

13-year-old's court declaration describes romps with pop star

The bombshell court declaration of a 13-year-old whose family was paid multi-millions by pop star Michael Jackson over allegations of child sexual abuse has finally seen the light of day, revealing in graphic detail the sexual relationship the two shared, reports The Smoking Gun.

The four-page document signed by "J. Chandler" under penalty of perjury, posted on the Court TV affiliate's website, is purportedly the September 1993 statement given by teen-ager Jory Chandler, which was the basis of his family's claim against Jackson for sexual battery, willful misconduct and emotional distress. Following the settlement, the family dropped the charges.

According to the document, the two became friends after Jackson visited the rental-car business operated by Chandler's stepfather in May 1992. Chandler was 12.

Chandler states Jackson would call him from various locations on his concert tour. They would talk for hours about video games, water fights, Jackson's 3,000-acre California ranch, Neverland, and famous people they both knew.

Ten months later, according to the document, Chandler visited Neverland with his mother and half-sister at the invitation of Jackson. Jackson and the boy spent the whole weekend innocently playing together. Their activities included jet skiing, riding golf carts and playing video games.

But things progressed.

The document describes the two began sleeping in the same bed together a month later, while the boy, his mother and sister were staying at the Mirage Hotel with Jackson in Las Vegas. The two had watched the movie "The Exorcist" in Jackson's bedroom. The boy was scared afterward and Jackson invited him to sleep with him in his bed. There was no physical contact on that first night. But from that night forward, according to the declaration, they began sleeping together regularly at Chandler's house, Neverland and at hotels in New York, Florida and Europe.

Chandler purportedly states in the document that "physical contact increased gradually." It progressed from hugging, to kissing, to Jackson putting his tongue in the boy's mouth.

Whenever the boy resisted, the document reads, Jackson would cry and complain that the boy did not "love him as much" as other boys do.

The document reveals the turning point in the relationship happened during a family trip with Jackson in Monaco in May 1993. Chandler states that both he and Michael Jackson had colds, so they stayed in the hotel room all day while his mother and sister went out.

"That's when the whole thing really got out of hand," Chandler states in the document.

He then relates the details of a sexual encounter with Jackson while the two were taking a bath together, and afterwards. He states Jackson named some of his friends who had also had the same sexual contact with him.

This sexual activity took place "many times" until their relationship ended in July 1993 when Chandler's father obtained custody of the boy and he began living permanently with him.

The Smoking Gun claims all the exclusive documents it posts are "100 percent authentic."

WorldNetDaily contacted the Santa Monica, Calif., law firm whose name is stamped along the side of the document to verify its authenticity. The firm confirmed it handled the Chandler case. The secretary of the attorney involved with Chandler's court declaration said the firm had not verified "word-for-word" that what was posted on the Internet was the real declaration.

If authentic, the document undermines the singer's latest attempt to rehabilitate his troubled reputation, although the attempt itself has largely backfired.

Jackson's psychic-friend Uri Geller convinced him to sit for an interview with Martin Bashir. Bashir is best known for interviewing Princess Diana. According to Geller, Bashir "promised it would be a constructive production."

As WorldNetDaily reported Tuesday, the British documentary "Living With Michael Jackson" had its debut in London and the U.S. this week. It aired on ABC's 20/20 last night.

In the program, 44-year-old Jackson admitted he loves sleeping with boys and recently encouraged a 12-year-old cancer sufferer to sleep in his bedroom. Both claim no sexual contact occurred during the sleepovers at Neverland.

"It's what the whole world should do," Jackson told Bashir.

Although he claimed only "very few" boys had actually stayed in his bed, Jackson strongly defended the practice, saying: "Why can't you share your bed? The most loving thing to do, is to share your bed with someone."

Despite persistent questioning from Bashir, Jackson defended his desire to sleep close to young boys, describing the practice as "very charming" and "very sweet." In fact, he recommended that the interviewer do likewise, sleeping in the same bed as friends of his own children.

"I tuck them in and put a little like, er, music on and when it's story time I read a book and we go to sleep with the fireplace on. I give them hot milk, you know. We have cookies. It's very charming. It's very sweet. It's what the whole world should do," said Jackson.

Bashir concluded in the film that Jackson is obsessed with children. But the singer dismissed fears of sexual molestation, saying: "When you say bed, they make that sexual. It's not sexual. We're going to sleep."

When questioned by Bashir about the settlement with Chandler, Jackson said: "I didn't want to do a long drawn-out thing [trial] on TV like O.J. [Simpson] and all that stupid stuff. It wouldn't look right. I said, 'Look, let's get this over with. I want to go on with my life. This is ridiculous. I've had enough.'"

Tom Sneddon, the district attorney in charge of the Chandler investigation, is paying close attention to the new allegations of Jackson "sleeping with boys," a spokesman told the London Times.

Meanwhile, Santa Barbara County officials are reportedly considering launching an investigation into Jackson's fitness to be a parent. He has three children. In November Jackson caused gasps around the world when he dangled his baby son, Prince Michael II, over the balcony of a Berlin hotel, appearing briefly to lose control.

Following the broadcast on Makers Granada Television in England, Jackson released an angry statement calling the program "terrible and unfair" and saying he felt "betrayed."

"Everyone who knows me will know the truth which is that my children come first in my life and that I would never harm any child," said the statement.

The television station issued its own statement defending the program: "We stand by our program - it is a truthful, open and intimate portrayal of many aspects of Michael Jackson's extraordinary life."

That part made me jump, too. I was 5 when I saw that in the theatre... Years later, when we went to Well's Beach, I would swim underwater and tug on her feet...

I never knew mom could move that fast... ;0)

I actually found Jackson's fans more disturbing than Jackson. A girl in Germany begged Jackson to let her hug him, and afterwards sat down on the pavement sobbing with emotion. Wherever he went there were dozens and dozens of people with banners and presents, pleading for him to touch them, hug them. After watching that, I think they're crazier than he is -- and no wonder he's nuts, ANBODY would be mental if they were surrounded by people worshipping you like a god.

I saw that too. Really weird.

Like he's become a cult figure with all these confused followers.

It's because he waits an extra beat. There's a certain rhythm to movie scares, you see something for so long then BAM the scare hits. Spielberg (who's still a great director when he feels like it, problem is he rarely feels like it anymore) shows you that hole in the boat for about 1/2 a second longer that he's supposed to, just long enough for you to decide nothing's coming but not so long you restart the countdown, then BAM.

You were a bad child. These days they'd dope you up for that kind of behavior.

Pillow calls. Don't worry eveyrone, no 12 year old have EVER been in my bed nor will they. Jacko makes me wish for the days of lynch mobs.

Serves you right for smoking that evil stuff.

I just got done reading the book "Freak!" on the bookshelves now, and in this book, it is described that Michael Jackson went out proseletysing with his mother doing the Jehovah's Witness thing by day and went into strip clubs by night with their musical act at the urging of the father. This exposure to extremes no doubt led to some sort of "psychotic break" in Michael's psychiatric makeup.

Also the father would berate Michael mercilessly whenever Michael would get pimples, etc. Hence, Michael became extremely self-conscience about his skin, appearance, etc etc etc. I'm also guessing that Michael has taken female hormones over the years to keep his voice high (amongst other things).

Also mentioned in this book is that when the police searched Neverland during the beginnings of the lawsuit (mentioned above) there was indeed some sort of "secret alcove" off of the bedroom. This alcove which had a couch in it, was off limits to any staff employed there. Ahem. Cough, cough. This was the other site, apparently, where Michael molested the young boys.

BTW, what kind of sick bastard would show the movie 'The Exorcist' to a 12 year old???

Well, my dad took me to see the movie "Alien" when I was 7 years old. That night as I lay in bed, the streetlight cast a shadow from a nearby tree onto the ceiling. It looked like alien tentacles to me. Scared the hell out of me.

OK, to stay on topic, I have to say that by acting so creepy in general, and around children especially, he left himself wide open for such a lawsuit. If it was truly fabricated, he should have fought it, vigorously. If he lost, he'd still be out the money, but at least SOME of his current doubters would believe him. It's just like the defendant who doesn't take the stand. The jury can't help but wonder what he is so afraid of that he won't testify in his own defense.

Uri Geller has always struck me as a charlaton...

The famous skeptic/magician James Randi has written a book debunking Geller: The Truth About Uri Geller

For a brief description of Randi's experience with Geller, go here.

Any adult male who sleeps with 12 year old boys is not going to win a lawsuit. I would thing Jackson's germ phobia would prevent actual sex, but maybe that's why he picks on children.

Yep, he talks EXACTLY like a pedophile. Same creepy obsession with their "innocence", etc, same blind conviction that they are giving the children "love" and that the relationship is "beautiful".

Go to any pedophile website and you see this stuff chanted over and over (those sites aren't for the faint of heart, though.)

This is what I found MOST DISTURBING while watching "Living with Michael Jackson"...

The boy who sleeps in Michael's bed, and with whom Michael was holding hands with during the interview, LOOKS A LOT LIKE CHANDLER, THE BOY WHO SUED JACKSON FOR MOLESTATION!!!!

I remember seeing the first boy's picture from a tabloid back in the 90's, and he looked a lot like Michael's new friend! Here's a more grown-up looking pic of Chandler:

Both boys look Hispanic...Don't pedophiles go after the same "type"??

They can certainly have mild preferences pertaining to race or features, i.e. blonde hair. Where a classic pedophile is narrowly focused, though, is on the sex of a child and age range. One pedophile might only be interested in 10-12 year old boys, while another might only be attracted to 6-8 year old girls.

Bingo!!! Not just suspicious... very, very, VERY suspicious. Many aspects of the whole situation really match up to the main characteristics of a pedophile (or preferential sexual offender).

Some other common elements you see are the tendency toward obsessive behavior in other areas of his life (i.e. the constant plastic surgery) and also taking extreme risks to satisfy his desire to be with children, example he continues with this even though he can lose his entire career. Other common traits are surrounding himself with things children would be interested in (all his animals, toys, etc) and also his belief that the rest of the world doesn't understand or appreciate children the way they should.

These things all fall into place pretty neatly when you look at Micheal Jackson. I do believe in "innocent before proven guilty", but I would personally be incredibly surprised if the allegations were false.

Yes, I'd say that qualifies as being compulsive about plastic surgery LOL

If they find pictures or something that absolutely proves he molested boys, I wouldn't be surprised if he attempted to commit suicide...

Somthing else about the interview seemed strange...when he said that he just reads the kids goodnight stories, all very sweet, etc...

He also said he gives them a glass of WARM MILK...After reading the first victim's account on thesmokinggun.com, I am wondering if he could slip a little something in that warm milk, and the child would wake up never knowing that they had been molested during the night!!!

The four-page document signed by "J. Chandler"

And who was M. Jackson's attorney in this matter? J. Cochran.
