And WHAT was that noise at the beginning and The Look the President made about? LOL! Powell walked in behind Bush and forgot to close the door, the President walked away from the Podium and closed the door.
Powell looked as though he was reprimanded. This president's attention to every detail can't be overlooked.

Here it is in a nutshell:
Bush Says Powell has just briefed Sec. Council on Iraq's various nasties. Says it's an intelligence challenge, great service to free nations.
Iraq's violations are evident and cont. to this hour.
Regime pursuing an elaborate campaign to conceal weapons and hide key experts and scientists. This disception directed from highest Iraqi levels.
Bush referring to the satellite images etc. Powell provided yesterday. 7 mobile bio factories, the Mirage aircraft that can spray, missile with ranges far beyond what is permitted by Security Council.
"we have sources that tell us Hussein recently authorized field commanders to use chemical weapons--the very weapons he tells the world he doesn't have".
Provided Iraq with chemical and bio weapons training. Harboring terrorists in NE Iraq with leaders known to be in Bahgdad. Operating in Bahgdad more than 8 months. Same network is responsible for Lawrence Foley murder. Lists several nations they have plotted against.
Danger Hussein poses reaches across the world. Dictator of Iraq is making his choice. time for UN Sec. Council to make theirs. Sec Council will now show if it's words have ANY meaning. Sec. Council must not back down.
Us would support new resolution if it showed UN resolve. US will lead coalition to disarm. Hussein can be expected to start a new round of "anti-concessions, false denials". The "Game is over".
Saddam Hussein will be stopped. We will not wait to see what Hussein will do.

That was a powerful delivery- not in anything he said, but how he said it. He is very somber.

Saddam will be stopped.....
A good chastisement of the naysayers and the UN. He's given them their last chance to get on board but if not then as he said....... "SADDAM WILL BE STOPPED".....
