Actually, did you expect anything other than waffling from most of the SC members? Even if they had their Foreign Minster in attendance, a definitive response (assuming the
evidence was not communicated in full to their Foreign Minstry in advance) is a decision for their full cabinet or parliment, not the Foreign Minister alone.

Poll heard on radio this morning ( before Powell's speech) stated that 81% of Americans say that we have enough information that Saddam is hiding WMD. 85% trust President Bush to do the right thing. (Maybe I have the numbers reversed - whatever)

So I guess it is just the DU posters and CSPAM seminar callers and college professors that still wait to be convinced. The rest of America is on board.

We saw it; we heard him; we believe his "proof". The burden is on France to prove Powell's proof is untrue.
