I think I saw the altitude on FOX as 200,000 miles instead of feet. But that's only wrong by a factor of 5280. Confusing light speed for sound speed is about a factor of a million. (Besides being physically impossible, which the wrong altitude isn't.)

When I hit a mustard bug with my car at 70 MPH, that makes a heck of a mess. I wonder what a mustard bug would do to the Enterprise at warp factor 9?
Scotty would really have to clean the windshield when gassing up the Enterprise.
