It was great to see you and VOC again and I love the photos you've posted -- especially the ones of Registered! He is a real charmer and I was thrilled to meet him.

HA! That airship was forced to heel, but it was not a pretty show! Ultimately, old age and deception won out. In short, I cheated!

VoC wanted to leave the envelope (we took the gondola off) at the hotel, but somehow the plot to release it in the main lobby was foiled. We are plotting a different strategy for next year, which will succeed! LOL!

Actually, I think it's cool that he showed up and shook our hands. I don't think it should prevent us from asking the Global Crossing questions. But I don't think he did it to taunt. He probably did it just to shake hands with the enemy.

Carville extended his hand to me at the White House Media Correspondents dinner, and I shook it. LOL -- got it BIG trouble from Sauropod, who was all the scarier in his girl's clothing -- but I've got no problems shaking hands with the GOD-FORSAKEN BASTARD. Don't get why it bothers some.

LOL -- you're right, the thing to do is Freep him. Glad to hear our DC Chapter friends were right on it. Free Republic booth was good too!: that photo of him with Diotima is priceless, and they *nearly* got him to autograph a Register-doctored photo of him and Clinton dressed as pimps. Hee hee. Nearly. Now, that's good Freeping too.

Kudos all around. Let him come if he wants to. It's plain we all know how to Freep him.

It was a great fun. I'm sure you did your best with it. But that's why you were in the Navy, not the Air Force.
