LOL! Hellinahandcart is the nicest person in person -- don't let her name fool you!
Oh, man, it's funny how you tease us with Registered. Would have loved to meet him. So THAT's who the shrew is. It's good to put names and faces together.

Wonderful pics, Abner, as usual. Got any more?
I enjoyed meeting old FReeper FRiends and making new FReeper FRiends, which always happens at CPAC and every other FReeper event I go to! I am always impressed with the spirit, energy, enthusiasm and FRiendliness of the FReepers I meet at these events, and come away every year more and more convinced we can Take our Country Back!
We are winning this Culture War, and all we have to do is keep on keeping on!
Thanks to all FReepers who stopped by the National Retail Sales Tax Alliance booth to say hello and listen to my pitch for the NRST. If any of you are a member of the Club for Growth, be sure to thank Steve or David for letting us use their booth.
I enjoyed being with the many committed Conservatives and am delighted that the FRee Republic Network and the Washington DC Chapter booths were so popular, and that so many of our visitors knew of the FRee Republic.
I believe the consensus was that it was an outFReepingstanding event, and I hope those of you who missed it will plan to attend next year.
BTW, it was phun before the partying started, and it only got better from there!
MCM: (and all others who are wondering) It is possible (probably permitted -- I did not see anyone checking passes at any of the exhibit area doors) to wander through the the exhibit area without having a CPAC pass. A pass is needed, however, to hear speakers in the main auditorium and to attend special events.
So, all of you in the local Northern Virginia area should plan to attend at least one day next year! You will have a most memorable time. Second day (always a FRiday) is best, because at the end of the day, we have been known to party until after the bar closes and the cleaning crew arrives!
VoC, Abner, Doc -- I'm glad you were able to come down for CPAC and camp out at my FReeper crash pad Friday night. It was great, as usual, to see and FReep with you again. VoC -- thanks for the "blimp" time!

Yeah, I enjoyed making cracks about how you, a big brave naval aviator, let that airship balloon get the best of ya. :) That was fun, can I do that again next year? LOL.

I'm sorry
I didn't make myself clear. What I meant was, it is nice to see Freeper faces to associate with Freeper names. Wish I could have been there in person, but the pics on this thread are the next best thing.
By the way, who is that tall, dishonest-looking guy between Diotima and Libertina in post 15?;-)

I was not forced to publicly humilitate McAwful -- he ignored my booth after I turned my back on him when he left the booth on my right. LOL!
He left that booth and went across the aisle to the DC Chapter booth, much to his sorrow, I should think, because he was forthwith brilliantly FReeped! Someone needs to post the details of the mega-FReep done to McAwful by the DC FReepers. It is a scream!
BTW, the scumbag has no shame! Smiling, laughing, big coterie of photographers, front men, security, etc. Wish I had had a cream pie when he pranced by my booth. I'd have first disrespected him by turning my back to him, picked up the pie and let him have it! Right in his smirking kisser!
Was McAwful the only (identified) Liberal/Socialist/Marxist Bastard to come through the exhibit area this year? In previous years, CPAC has been infiltrated and DU has posted some hysterical stuff written by these LSMB dingbats.
