I knew they'd be "dancing in the streets" because of the death of the Israeli astronaut, but then again, how many Mohammedan astronauts are there? The Israelis have also gained a martyr.

I just found this one:
http://www.ummahnews.com/viewarticle.php?sid=1314
Titled:
"Infinite Justice: Shuttle carrying ex-Israeli air force pilot disintegrates"
According to Arabs only their allah can give infinite justice. The rest of the article is like a normal report, only the title has been adapted.

Why am I not surprised. Predictable. Yep, we're going to have to pay them a visit in Baghdad and thank them personally for their sentiments.

...but some in the Arab world saw the tragedy as divine justice against the United States and Israel. Yeah, the same 18 people who celebrated after the 9/11 attack. That is 19 people if you include Louis Farrakan.

"God wants to show that his might is greater than the Americans."Uh... Where do you suppose American might comes from, Abdul?
To: MeeknMing
It' one of two things. Both are disastrous.
Either its hi-tech terrorism. (You'd be nuts to rule that out)
Or God is removing His hand of protection from America. Why should God shed His grace on America with behavior so apallingly perverted. (Legal baby killing, homosexual unions sanctioned, rampant drug and alcohol abuse, popular entertainment media, ect ect ect)
Either one, we are in for destruction on a scale never before known in mankind!

"We are happy that it broke up.""God is avenging us."
Do you suppose you could be serving the wrong "god", Abdul?
Here's a hint: You're depending on a "god" of death, destruction, and revenge. See anything kinda funny there???
"We are happy that it broke up," government employee Abdul Jabbar Quraishi told Reuters news service. "God wants to show that his might is greater than the Americans. They have encroached on our country. God is avenging us." Abdul, the might of the U.S. and its military will be soon giving you and your fellow heathens a first rate chance to meet face to face with your pagan god Allah in hell. Then and there you will understand why you and your heathenistic brethren chose to follow a false prophet and die for nothing.

Much of the world expressed shock, grief and condolences Saturday for the loss of the space shuttle Columbia and its seven-member crew, but some in the Arab world saw the tragedy as divine justice against the United States and Israel.Let's keep this in mind the next time divine justice triggers an earthquake in the "Arab World."

"But on the streets of Baghdad, Iraq, where many are braced for U.S. military action, some said the loss of the shuttle and its crew was God's retribution" This comes as no great surprise. In fact, I would have been surprised had they reacted otherwise. What I actually find more disturbing is the number of people inside our own borders that express the same kinds of sentiments. Over there we know who the enemy is. Here, we seem to have trouble distinguishing between then good guys and the bad guys.

Hey Abdul, flying into space is a bit more risky than riding camels! You can dream about flying carpets while our God gives us the gifts to make those carpets fly into space.
Pray for GW and the Shuttle families

No HUMAN rejoices over tragic accidents. These people are monstors.

I'm a little confused.
Falwell and Robertson tell us that God is retaliating against us because we don't shoot homosexuals on the spot.
The Arabs are telling us that God is retaliating against us because we are a wicked, vengeful, demonic bully who is good friends with the Evil Country (Israel).
Which is it? I'm glad there are all these people who understand God's intention better than myself, as now I know who I can rely on, when I want to ascertain the real truth.

Has anybody counted up how many times Columbia made that trip and got back okay?
'Course maybe we are sinning more now than we did in the eighties & nineties.
