The plant made plastic fitting for IV steups and plastic syringes. It does not make what we would call pharmaceuticals. This is just a plastic plant explosion. That is not uncommon.

This looks very, very bad. WRAL is still talking about there not being a "great sense of urgency" to the emergency crews, and repeating for family members to get to the church...
