Good morning all. Another thread with proof that FReepers are the probably the model all other citizens should follow, with Aquamarine leading the pack. Just "plain-ol' good folks". As a child my wife had a dog named Daisy Mae that she talks about to this day, obviously a good name choice.
Good news from the ladtx household today. We found out yesterday that we will be grand parents again, our little Leila Kay will become a big sister in September. Just hope her daddy will be back from the Mid East by then. He's only been gone not quite 2 weeks yet but seems like a lot longer, I know it does for his wife and daughter. Too bad the war protestors don't really understand what our military people are going through so they can protest freely as they do.

(Hey, what's this line for?)

Thak you so much for the kind words.
Who knew that being a Christian in our lifetime would be so politically incorrect?
I hadn't realized that Chelsey was also rescued, I think it makes them more precious when you know what they must have gone through before being rescued. I've never told people that Daisy still had milk in her when those people picked her up. They said they would see her on the way to work in a stretch of woods where people put their unwanted pets out and sometimes even stop and put some dried dog food out for her. The day they took her in the store off the highway to save her from getting run over she had wandered a mile from that area and that's when they noticed she was a mama but they felt sure her puppies were gone.

And thank you too!...good grief!
To: mhking
Thank you!
Did you got to make any of those FReeps during the election mess?
To: Aquamarine; ru4liberty
How could anyone do such a meam druel thing to any dog or cat!
I'm glad there are people like you and RU4Liberty to rescue these innocent pets and give them a good home.

WOW! That's just so beautiful -- the layout and the person!

Congratulations.
I pray and expect your son will return before the birth. Everyone says this will be a short one.
I thank all of your family for its sacrifices.

It's comforting to know that such a nice FReeper is living so close by. You're also the best hugger on the whole net! :)

I love the Aquamarine lacey breaks in the text -- they just look like you!
It's funny, a late uncle of mine loved the color aquamarine. He was diagnosed with terminal cancer. I decided to make him a quilt even though that was the once color I just didn't like. But in the course of making a quilt, I came to really like it. And he was able to enjoy the quilt for over a year.
So I had a "conversion experience" involving aquamarine!

I'm so glad you stopped by today! I always enjoyed your verbal breakfast at the Canteen every morning. You were so creative in coming up with a different full course breakfast everyday and always made it sound so delicious. :)
To: Billie
You really amaze me.

A very BIG congratulations on being selected as one of FR's Finest!

The rhododendron is a favorite of mine. They grow well in the mountaineous area that I live in and I've planted quite a few around our place. After a rough winter up here it's almost worth what we go through to see the colorful rhodos in the spring.

That's an awesome graphic!
It sounds like conservatives are the type of folks that take in stray animals. Could that mean that we're compassionate.....nah. :))
