I love the Aquamarine lacey breaks in the text -- they just look like you!

It's funny, a late uncle of mine loved the color aquamarine. He was diagnosed with terminal cancer. I decided to make him a quilt even though that was the once color I just didn't like. But in the course of making a quilt, I came to really like it. And he was able to enjoy the quilt for over a year.

So I had a "conversion experience" involving aquamarine!

An aquamarine convert, I love it! :) An aquamarine quilt.....hmmm... you're giving me ideas. I may have to crochet an aqua afghan now. :)

Sorry to hear about your uncle, I'm sure that your gift of love was a comfort to him in his last days.
