Van Sustren interviewed 20 year Berkley Bay fisherman Craig Stone. Stone said that nothing about what Scott Peterson did on the fishing trip to Berkley Bay seemed out of the ordinary to him from a fishing viewpoint. The bait was appropriate and available. The sturgeon were available. The boat size was not unusual. The optimal fishing area was not far off shore. The fish are prized but not easily caught. The time of day peterson was fishing was appropriate. It all seemed plausable to him.

I saw this interview last night. The guy also said that not only would people be out there Christmas Eve fishing, but Christmas day too. So, why didn't anyone see SP? All those fisherman after those sturgeon, and not one person noticed SP.

But are there template murders such as these that have occurred either recently or in the recent past that would suggest to the police that this is what they should be focusing on? Possibly, but I'm not aware of any "recent" crimes of a similar nature committed in this general area.

I hope I am never a suspect in a crime because I don't trust LD tests and probably wouldn't take one. I would also get a lawyer even if I was innocent, if I was a suspect in a crime. All that aside, I still think there is a good chance SP is guilty.

Did Scott take a lunch with him? Did he stop for a "snack or lunch". He should have had a cooler with him, for soft drinks, etc? Big guy like that, had to have something to eat before he arrived home?
