Two Silver Lake students had sex on a school bus as other students cheered, Kingston police said.

The incident took place Dec. 12 in Kingston as the bus was on the way to Silver Lake Regional High School in Kingston and Silver Lake Regional Junior High School in Pembroke, authorities said.

I was 12 and 13 in junior high(7th & 8th grades).

In many areas, junior high covers grades 7 through 9. If a child's birthday falls after September, they need to wait until the next school year to begin school even if they will be turning school age that school year. So it isn't uncommon to have 15 year olds in 9th grade.

A good point. But I just checked Silver Lake Middle School's* homepage and it's 7th and 8th only.

So if the girl was in 8th grade, she apparently stayed back a year.

It seems they were already had a charge.

What is this elitism that only allows kids with cars to get a morning BJ before classes? Shouldn't the unfortunates who have to ride the bus be allowed to join in?
