It must be Sunday afternoon. Time for a siren.

Which Bush?
I'd say Matalin is controversial.
To: Senator Pardek
Matalin worked for Cheney though and I don't think she was a speechwriter. Was the guy who left a month or so ago and quoted as saying "it's the most political White House" he'd ever seen a speechwriter? Just don't know. Stay tuned.

My bad - I thought she wrote for elder Bush - but it was her lovely husband who wrote for Scumbag.
To: Senator Pardek
Yes her lovely husband who now graces Crossfire and screams so much I can no longer watch the show, regardless of the occasional great guest.

Hope it's not the guy mentioned in the link. Sounds like a decent sort if rather misguided; let's hope to sell the book he hasn't said President Bush actually beats his dogs! LOL. I would have thought writing for President Bush as a senior speechwriter was far more important and interesting than writing the book about animals. He was a good speechmaker if some of President Bush's speeches around 9/11 are any indication.

I'm rather interested in scandals as they affect our president; want to get the jump on my liberal friends to figure out the real deal rather than listen to the crap espoused on television by the so-called journalists.
