I said "holding" was an integral part of pass interference. See the section Pass Interference, item (c) and (f) - both of which I would call holding.

You would have to witness our Big 12 officials to know what a holding, pass interference penalty was. I swear they make it up as they go.

We had a penalty one time for 15 yards unsportsmanlike and the game hadn't even started. Two brothers -- a Sooner and a Red Raider met in the center of the field before the game and we got flagged!
