You know what this means don't you?? It means HE HAS TO GIVE UP HIS SENATE SEAT in order to run for President. Gov of SD signed into law - person cannot run for 2 spots at once (like Loserman did in Conn.).

What if he loses the primary? Is there enough time to run for Senate or is the filing date already passed by March? He should know by then if he's in the running for the nomination.
