Call me crazy Kathy, but I think that the sun rise in Anchorage is stuck at 10:15

LOL, Radix, that bothered me too! But I checked 2 different sources and it must be that the shortest days of the year are just poking along. The sun peeks over the horizon, slides along and goes down at different times, approx 3 minutes later each day.
