I knew that you where an adult I was just sharing a sea story from my first Tiger. I allowed one tiger to tow an aircraft during a respot and took a asschewing from the Aircraft Handling Officer for it, but the Air Boss called the Handler and told him to drop it since I was right there with the young Tiger and I had called him before hand for premission(plus it was the Air Bosse's Kid ;~P)

I do think there's some highly classified parts of the puzzle that have racheted things up markedly.
Interesting in the classical Chinese sense of living in interesting times. Sigh.

I've often wondered what happens to the inspectors when we move. If still in Iraq, they become hostages. If they all leave at once, we telegraph our intentions.

Son of my best man at my wedding is a Marine in Okinawa.
Wonder if I could get his phone number.

"I see Uncle Rummy taking one Battleship out of reserves and remember in Philly are 3 all gun heavy crusiers that have been receiving overhauls and upgrades for years. There guns are 8 inch and auto feed it would take about 3-4 months to put them back in action, only thing working against them is they are black oil ships."
I see the cruisers and possibly a BB or two coming back to the fleet soon....not for Iraq or NK but for Indonesia.....
Indonesia is going to be like W.W.II Pacific island hopping
campaign....lots of islands and jungle for the evil doers to hide in.

new moon: 15:23 EST, Jan. 2nd
then it would still be New Years here in the US wouldn't it?

How long to get a Battleship out of mothballs?
To: Republic of Texas
Maybe they will all head out to inspect some sights near the borders and just keep on going.

Could be but there are some corrillary sp? predictions that Germany will end up being more on Israel's side than expected.
I also wonder if THAT many Germans would go along with it. SOME OF THE GERMAN people are darn thankful we saved them so many years from the big bear.
But you could be right.
The French are so arrogant and hostile to the U.S. as a reflex--almost like it's genetic. Jealousy maybe.
Sure something I've wondered about. I felt in my spirit that the prediction was accurate--that there WILL BE an European nation against us in WWIII.
Sure hope God's discernment and prophetic insight is loosed liberally among the powers that need to know well ahead of time!

Er, nope. It would be 3:23 pm 1/2/2003 in New York, 2:23 pm 1/2/2003 in Chicago, so on and so forth.

I know they haven't forgotten the Marines from the Korean War, but 50,000 of them is not enough to do anything.
To: Domestic Church
it is too soon for us to attack on this new moon, look at it on the next new moon, all assets will be in place, time enough for the inspectors to scoot, and maybe gain a little time with N. Korea.
I think the timetable has remained where it is, I do NOT think that N. Korea is moving anything forward.
This would all have happened anyway.
I thnk Rummy is right, we can fight on 2 fronts, it will just be harder.
To: Republic of Texas
Has anyone considered the possibility that N. Korea will just go ahead and invade S. Korea before we can get our equipment in place?
To: Republic of Texas
I can't remember which Republican Congressmen that it was but when Cohen mothballed the last two battleship this congressmen added a rider that called for two battleships to be returned to service in 90 days.

Me too. Those are nasty.

EST = Eastern Standard Time
That won't be New Years.

"I think Jan 2 is too soon for Iraq"
Which would make it better tactically.

True.
But I don't think we've begun to experience "fast."
". . . . except the days be shortened, no flesh would be saved." Sobering Scripture.
