Once again it is morning in America.

And once again Blacks awaken to the reality of what "respect" means to a liberal Democrat.

And once again Blacks won't get it. (Double entendre intended)

The Dem position: Please be quiet, you uppity Negroes; just vote for us and sit in the back of the bus where you belong; when we want you for something, we will let you know. Sincerely, the Dem Leadership.

My party can't say that, and it saddens me.

Waaaa-waaaaa. Cry me a freakin' river! Are we supposed to care? Watts was elevated because he was good and had the stones necessary to get the job done for ALL Republicans; not just black Republicans (and this would have been the case even if there were "several" black Republicans in Congress).

This whine is yet another spill about position "entitlements" as opposed to a position earned. Even when slapped in the face by the massa, the CB(D)C continues to enjoy their stay on the Democratic plantation. Let 'em stay and kiss feet till they rot. We're working on the more intelligent masses.

I'd love to shake the hand of whoever engineered Pelosi's entre into the leadership position. She was custom ordered for us. Then again, maybe I wouldn't like to shake their hand - it's obvious that they are oblivious to the help Pelosi unwittingly gives us in the long run. Maybe they can give us more unwittingly advantageous decisions...

"...says the Democratic leadership staffer. "I just don't think any of us saw the irony in what we did."

No, it's not that they didn't see, they just don't CARE...and that's finally beginning to show.

Like that song..."True Colors" -- maybe the Blacks will finally see that Republicans really DO want involvement based purely on merit. The way life should be - and leads to the advancement of concept of "the American Dream."

The RATS never cared about elevating Blacks, it's time for Blacks to realize this.

**Pelosi's decision to elevate Matsui shocked Black Caucus members, who had been privately assured by Pelosi lieutenants that their candidate for the DCCC job, Bill Jefferson of Louisiana, was a serious contender for the job.**

Pelosi's in hot water.......Hahahahaha!

"She had an opportunity to show America our party was the real big tent, that we could see past color and recognize talent and hard work. She failed. Matsui is nothing but a liberal from California, a crony," says the Jefferson supporter.

Do these people realize how crazy they sound? He uses the term "see[ing] past color" to mean "picking a black person." In his mind, affirmative action is colorblindness is affirmative action... weird.

"Now she's saying the party will find some other way to get us into leadership," says the Black Caucus member. "But we know that's just talk. You know, we didn't get along well with [Republican Rep. J.C.] Watts. But I'll say this for the Republicans: they gave him a leadership position without blinking. My party can't say that, and it saddens me."

Dear Member - maybe you will start to realize that all the Dem talk on racial matters is just that - sweet nothings to win your loyalty - but they never deliver on their promises. I don't expect you to vote with the GOP 100 percent, but when you knee-jerk vote in lockstep with the Dem plantation masters, the Dems can take you for granted.

Now, now, people!!!! Her Highness Ms. Pelosi has "lots of blacks" as friends......................who do her laundry, clean her house, etc.

I hope this story gets legs (but I'm not holding my breath...) First Maynard Jackson gets shoved aside for Terry "Rapist Enabler" McAwful. Then Carl McCall gets stabbed in the back by the DNC in his bid for governor of New York. Now this.

It's all in a day's work for the white DNC plantation owners.

As the largesse from the welfare state diminshes (see "welfare reform" led by Republicans but [eventually] signed by x42) there will be more AAs leaning to the pubbies. The last election saw significantly more under-30 AAs (as well as Hispanics and Jews) voting for Dubya. I think that's one of the reasons for the whole Lott of hysteria.

If they don't sell the proposition that the pubbies really wear white sheets on the weekends, they're through.

Given the times, the circumstances, Pelosi's actions are probably worse than Lott's."

But is this gonna make the morning, afternoon and nightly news for two entire weeks? Huh? NOOOOOOOO.... And why not? Because Pelosi bats for the dims, that's why...

And the racists in the black caucus will forgive her, after all, they are democrats and both being racists cancels out the injustice. What a bunch of (non-constituent- representing) idiots.

Pelosi displayed lying, deceit and cronyism all rolled into one political move.

She promised that Bill Jefferson was a serious contender for the leadership position. (Lie)

She attempted to sink his consideration by pushing "a story that Jefferson had failed to repay past campaign debts." (Desception)

Then a staffer said "I don't think anyone thought Jefferson was right for the job. In this environment, we just couldn't say it." (lie) When what they needed was a win in the Pro-Bush enviornment which is what Jefferson delivered by helping Landrieu get reelected.

And, for the icing on the cake, the San Fran liberal tapped Matsui who "never campaigned for the leadership post, was never mentioned as a candidate and has never served in leadership in a congressional career that many inside his party consider marginal." (cronyism)

This whole story would be a non-issue because the DNC routinely stab the black community in the back. However, considering the Lott fiasco, this was a major political blunder as well.

"She had an

In a party that stands for Affirmative Action and Quotas, how in Hell can anyone conclude they would "show" America anything other than unfairness and foul play?!

Wake the F up!
