Lott will toss away the entire philosophy of the republican party to save his ass. This is pathetic.

It just proves what I thought. Lott needs to go. Affirmative action is wrong, but it is hard to get blacks to think republicans are honest about why they oppose it when you have people like Lott around. Instead of leaving, Lott is willing to throw out principle.
