When the clintons appear on my TV screen, I change the channel. They have nothing to say that I care about. Sounds like you feel pretty much the same. God bless!

Not to contradict you, but I don't see the media tossing her anything but Nerf footballs.

I really hate seeing that crappy grin on Bubba's face. He has that smug look like he knows that he can get by with anything.

I'll do my best to restrain myslef, but I can't promise you anything.

MSNBC seems to think that the further left they go, the more successful they will be...even when the facts show otherwise. The liberal media truly doesn't get it. They honestly think that Fox is successful merely because they have Limbaugh's "right-wing crazies"...let them think that. It will keep Fox on top for years to come. Fox is not right-wing...I get mad at them quite often for the liberals they have on there...but they allow both sides of fence to be shown. The liberal media thinks there is only one side to any story. That's their downfall.

Did you notice how he was smiling as he said he didn't see how the economy will recover? And of course, the dims don't want anyone to remember (if anyone even noticed that is) that the economy started to head south in the first quarter of 2000. Thankfully, the financial guy I listen to on the radio alerted his audience to that.
But the dims and the media would never have been honest enough to call that to anyone's attention back then or now.
Clintoon skated along for the rest of his term with everyone pretending that things were just fine. And in Jan 2001, a full year after the markets lost their steam, suddenly it was all Bush's fault.

I really hate seeing that crappy grin on Bubba's face. He has that smug look like he knows that he can get by with anything. And he has seen no evidence to indicate anything differenct. Have we heard ANYTHING about clinton's terrorist failures in the 90's? No..everything is GWB's fault...everything.

I am just cynical when it comes to the American people. Who would have ever thought that Bubba would have beaten Bush I? He had the media behind him on that one. There's a big difference between the Bush/Clinton campaign in '92 and now........Fox News, Free Republic, World Net Daily, more Conservative radio shows, etc......
The left doesn't have a lock on all the media now, so it's easier for the general public to find out the truth about their candidates.
The liberal media campaigned for xlinton, lying about him and covering up his sordid past, and bashed Bush41 mercilessly, and the stupid American public fell for it.
IMO, no matter what the media does for Hillary (and you're right, they'll act like she's a goddess), a large enough portion of the public will already know the truth about her, and she won't be elected.

You link reminded me of all the effort to slap evayy and superliberal. I wonder what Al's screen name is now.

IMHO, The reason why Bush 41 lost to Clinton in 1992 was because of two things. Bush 41 assumed the American people could see where the economy was going like he could. and he didn't spend enough time assuring the American people like Reagan did.
The other reason was Ross Perot!!!!!!! Ross Perot focused on the short term problems with NAFTA and it struck a cord with most blue collar workers. I didn't vote for Perot, But several of my friends did and they said it was because of Perot's "Pro American" business and "Pro American" labor message. Without Ross Perot we would not be having to deal with Saddam Hussain today, N.Korea would have been dealt with and the world would be a safer place if that "invertebrate" Bill Clinton never got the chance to soil the Oval Office

Fox is on top and CNN is sinking for good reason. Fox spreads their programming around, while CNN stays on the left.
I'd be surprised if msnbc is around in two years.

Apparently he is very charismatic in person, but so what?
He reminded me of a used car saleman. Just told people what they wanted to hear. But kind of smug and self-absorbed at the same time. Like the cat that ate the canary. Most of the women were panting. But not all of them. This is Texas.
Taller than you expect in person. About 6 ft.
One thing you could tell, Clinton LOVED being president. He obviously loved AF one and all the "stuff". He must be really depressed not being president (yea!) because you could tell that's what made him more than just some white trash hick from Arkansas.

The media will set her up higher than Jesus before it's over.Have a little faith, the media wont be able to shield her from the questions that too many people will want answered by the time she threatens to run. I will become the STL media's biggest thorn; I will make them report on the FBI files, failed health care, etc. Especially now, when more people are watching "Right Wing" cable news.
To: Paul Atreides
If she runs for President, The days of nerf footballs will come to a screaching hault, too many people dislike that witch. She will have to debate and she will have to deal with FOX TV

The rumor is that MSNBC is going down. I hope so. Then it will be CNN against Fox, which would be fun. By the way, I'm glad we're still friends after the flame wars of the past few days. I tried to be fairly nice - hope I succeeded. :-)
To: MJY1288
During which part of the program did Bubba appear?
To: cardinal4
We should all thank FOX TV, I can't imagine where we would be without them. IMHO the times are changing. Never in my life have I seen an alternative to the Liberal Media until FOX came along. Sure we had talk radio and we can thank Rush Limbaugh for that, But Fox Cable TV and the Internet has really expanded the opportunity for conservatives to get the message out and we are being heard loud and clear
