President Bush began his day with a phone call to Danish Prime Minister Rasmussen. He also had his daily intelligence and FBI briefings before he met with Secretary of Agriculture and the Secretary of Interior and the Chairman of his Council on Environmental Quality to announce a new initiative to reduce the threat of wildfire in the western states. Oh, and Bush taped an interview with Barbara Walters that will air on 20/20 Friday night. During that interview, the President said he would support a voluntary vaccination against small pox. Enjoy your daily dose of Dubya!

I am originally from a small town in Iowa and both of us beat it out of town when we graduated, so I don't even know where he is anymore. He became a pharmacist and last I heard he lived in Colorado. Hmmm I wonder if he is still cute!

I can't seem to remember my first vote.
I do remember carrying signs that said "I LIKE IKE".
Yikes, that makes me really old!

he was the bomb. It cost him $2500 and today my palm pilot has 4 times that much power. :-/ I remember our first computer .. We got it when my first baby was born .. that way I could work from home and take a longer materity leave
I could start that thing up .. go clean the house, start the dishwasher, put a load of laundry in and make myself a cup of coffee before it finally finished loading up .. LOL

Oh, I've seen this! I saw it in a local antique and collectible place in downtown Ogden, UT! I was looking around in it, when I saw it in a case with coins and medals and things. Another interesting thing about this shop, which is in an old hotel. It has on one of it's doors, a picture or drawing of Osama Bin Laden with a target on his face, like he is in the crosshairs or something.
You know what? I think this is a conservative store, that people on this thread and website would get a kick out of! It also sells guns(old ones too!), knives and ammo! Are there any Ogden-area, or surrounding area, Freepers who have been in it?

My brother is 20--8 years younger than me, and I remember telling him that in my childhood we didn't have VCRs. i will never forget the look on his face-- :-O That just makes me laugh out loud! (Actually, your brother is a year younger than my daughter, and I know she thinks I must have lived during the Revolutionary War...)

OK chickadee. I've got to retire for the night. I am mandated to run my stepmother around town tomorrow on errands and help with buying the Christmas presents for the nieces and nephews.
You better study some, it better not be the Texas stud muffin either.
