I don't know what and where we are bombing or how long ago but it's certainly in the Mid-East region and they're the shit bombed out of them. Warning: kinda graphic.

As recently as the late 90s, the warehouses were full of WW II dumb bombs. Still serviceable. Rosie knew how to make 'em. We're gonna run out of Arabs before we run out of dumb bombs.

I would have been more "liberal."

Thanks for whoever started this thread. If you find other similar fare, you let us know. If this is commercialized, it will outsell "White Christmas" this holiday season.

Seperation of Church and State?

Do not engange the mosque As a taxpayer, I'm angry about this. They could have waited until the goblins entered the mosque and then hit them. That way, they would have killed two targets with one bomb.

A JDAM costs $25,000.
JDAMs are for pin-point accuracy. Dumb bombs are for counter-terror.
In WW II, we bombed Switzerland and Czechoslovakia trying to bomb Germany. The Germans bombed the Republic of Ireland trying to bomb England. Heck, there was only the Irish Sea between them and their target. That's close enough for government work. If a crew is assigned to bomb Iraq and they plaster Iran instead, is either of us going to hurl ourselves on the funeral pyre? I'm not.

The Law of Armed Conflict prohibits hitting churches and hospitals...unless the enemy is operating out of them.

From the JDAMs post above:
It was the height of the Desert Storm air war. The Air Force ruled the skies and was giving Iraq the mother of all poundings. That night we dropped more than 288,000 pounds of munitions on the target, he said. After the bombs away over the plant, they hightailed it back to base. The B-52s dropped conventional bombs on that carpet-bombing raid. Just like B-17 Flying Fortresses did over Germany 50 years before. Scratch one plant. Seven years later, the plant was back online. During Operation Desert Fox, it was also back on the target list. But this time in took just six Buffs launching cruise missiles to smash it. The bombers didnt have to get close. Today we could do the same job with one B-52 carrying a dozen JDAMs, said Harysch, 23rd Bomb Squadron weapons and tactics chief at Minot Air Force Base, N.D. And we dont have to fly as close to the target.
ECONOMY OF FORCE
Wouldn't you rather send one aircraft, 6 crewman, and 12 precision weapons instead of 100 B-17s, 1000 crewmen and 288,000 lbs of dumb bombs?

Yeah....OK. Same rules apply.

56K commando here, just finished downloading, I have audio but no video, prompt/dialog window popped up stating unable to decompress due to lack of proper software/tool, any ideas ? I just attempted to download some codec stuff but it just disappeared into my hard drive or cyber space... I have been listening to this war party prosecute the enemy and can only imagine what a visually stimulating motivational tape it must be to watch...

A good way to get rid of Saddam without the U.S. having to put our kids in harm's way is to smuggle this video to every Iraqi soldier with access to a PC/VCR. I believe word would spread rather quickly.

I didn't realize the guy was yelling, "Gun ready!!" I couldn't quite catch it.
To: mikegi
Yep. My theory is that we were hitting senior Taliban/al-Qaeda lieutenants, but I could be wrong. If these guys were rank-and-file soldiers, we probably would have concentrated on hitting the vehicles and anybody surviving would be considered lucky and let go. But the gunship had specific orders to hit all the people. I'd bet anything that these guys were senior Taliban or al-Qaeda. I can't imagine the fear that was put into the people being hit. Unreal!
