I couldn't help but notice that CNN isn't even covering the incoming results. They are airing a Larry King re-run.
That alone tells me that things are not looking good for Landrieu.
Time will tell.

When I examine the parish boards, I unfortuantely see Landrieu as the ultimate winner even though she has YET to take the overall statewide lead tonight. She is very strong in NW and NE LA compared to Terrell. Terrell's greatest strength thus far appears to be in Baton Rouge. I believe that the Democrats are poised to steal both of the Senate and House races. If they do, we need to analyze what went wrong and how we could have remedied the situation. I see both of our candidates in peril. The tiny statewide lead will not hold when New Orleans and Shreveport report.

Well I love God and ALL of you!! I'm gonna bind those cheating little debbils right now.

Landrieu now doing better than 6 yrs ago in several parishes. Hopefully Terrell being from New Orleans will mean Landrieu doesn't carry Orleans parish by 102000 votes again--if she does she wins again.

St. Tammany, 22 of 131 3,320 7,226
That's 68.5% for Terrell so far versus 70.7% for Bush in 2000 in St. Tammany. This is more like the Livingston (4 pt swing to D) than the Evangeline pattern (8 pt swing to D).

With no New Orleans votes yet reported, I think Landrieu can pull it out. Yes ... but ... no Jefferson votes yet either. Lets wait.
