JAYNA DAVIS TO APPEAR ON DFU RADIO HOUR -- Thurs, Dec 5
dfu | 12-2-02 | dfu

Posted on 12/02/2002 1:53:51 PM PST by doug from upland

Ladies and gentlemen, I am pleased to announce that reporter Jayna Davis will be my special guest on the DFU Radio Hour on FreeRepublic Radio this week. The show is Thursday at 6:00 PM. Do not miss this show!

For those who have been in a cocoon, Jayna is the indefatigable journalist who has kept up the pressure for our government to reveal the truth about the Oklahoma City bombing. No journalist in this country knows more about the bombing and the coverup.

Get your questions ready and they will be relayed to her. It is time we help Jayna in the battle. Hey, maybe FreeRepublic will get a little credit when she finally gets that Pulitzer.

Please ask Jayna Davis if she believes it is a crime for a member of the FBI or the Department of Justice to knowingly cover up the participation of Middle Eastern terrorists in the mass murder of 168 American citizens.

Please ask if she believes there was a criminal conspiracy by members of the FBI and the Department of Justice to cover up for the Middle Eastern participants in the mass murder of 168 innocent people, including children.

If so, please ask if she believes members of the FBI and DOJ should be prosecuted for their role in a conspiracy to allow participants in mass murder to go free in order to kill again.

I can assure you, the answers to these questions will be enlightening to all who have followed the work of Jayna Davis.

In case the parsing gets to thick, just ask if members of the FBI should go to jail for covering up the Middle Eastern participation in the OKC bombing.

It is unfair to ask a journalist questions that would best be answered by an attorney. She can certainly be asked to speculate why our government agencies are being so derelict in investigating these matters. Is it simply CYA? Or is it more malignant in nature.
Of the Feds who conducted the investigation, did they fudge the investigation on their own or were they ordered to by the tools in Washington?
I'll review my Davis material and ponder further questions to submit for consideration.
This is very cool. What Ms. Davis is doing is very important.

Is it a crime to cover up for a participant in mass murder?

Are you suggesting only an attorney can answer that question?

Get in your questions and I'll pass them on.

Has she seen or heard or does she now have any evidence connecting Khalid Sheikh Mohammed to Samir Khalil or to any of the participants in the OKC bombing?

Khalid Sheikh Mohammed was the mastermind of the September 11 attack.

"I have in my possession several FBI interview statements formally known as '302s' that the witnesses contend contain falsified information that radically altered their positive identifications of Middle Eastern men in the commission of the terrorist strike on America's heartland," she said

-------------------------------------------------

Please ask Jayna Davis to describe the falsified 302's in as much detail as she deems prudent.

How many 302's does she have in her possession that have fasified statements, according to the witnesses?

As a journalist, does she have an opinion on if falsifying a 302 is a crime?

Has she ever asked an attorney if falsifying a 302 is a crime? If so, can she share the attorney's opinion?

If falsifying a 302 is a crime, has she reported this crime to the proper authorities and provided the false 302's? If so, who did she report the crime of falsifying 302's to?

U. S. Department of Justice
Office of the Inspector General
950 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW, Suite 4322
Washington, DC 20530-0001

You might suggest that if Jayna Davis or her witnesses have information confirming one or more falsified 302's that she or her witnesses file a complaint with the DOJ Inspector General. This office is very responsive and the one filing the complaint will receive a response, even if it is unsatisfactory.

How to Report a Complaint about Violation of your Civil Rights or Civil Liberties by a Department of Justice Employee:

The Office of the Inspector General (OIG) investigates allegations of fraud, waste, abuse, and misconduct by Department of Justice employees, contractors, and grantees. The OIG is an independent entity within the Department of Justice that reports to both the Attorney General and Congress on issues that affect the Department's personnel or operations.

Sorry I didn't make it clear. Yes, if there is no guest, toll free calls can come in. I may be able to do an extra half hour but will try to fit in an hour. If the calls come in, I'll stay on.
