"I have in my possession several FBI interview statements formally known as '302s' that the witnesses contend contain falsified information that radically altered their positive identifications of Middle Eastern men in the commission of the terrorist strike on America's heartland," she said
-------------------------------------------------
Please ask Jayna Davis to describe the falsified 302's in as much detail as she deems prudent.
How many 302's does she have in her possession that have fasified statements, according to the witnesses?
As a journalist, does she have an opinion on if falsifying a 302 is a crime?
Has she ever asked an attorney if falsifying a 302 is a crime? If so, can she share the attorney's opinion?
If falsifying a 302 is a crime, has she reported this crime to the proper authorities and provided the false 302's? If so, who did she report the crime of falsifying 302's to?
You might suggest that if Jayna Davis or her witnesses have information confirming one or more falsified 302's that she or her witnesses file a complaint with the DOJ Inspector General. This office is very responsive and the one filing the complaint will receive a response, even if it is unsatisfactory.

First OKCPD Officer in Murrah Building Murdered, Throat Cut, Body Dragged with Rope
According to his friends and family, OKC Police Officer Terrance Yeakey was working hard to get the truth to the public about the OKC bombing prior to his death.
As a journalist who shared a common purpose with Police Officer Yeakey, does Jayna Davis believe the evidence supports the official ruling of suicide in the death of Terry Yeakey?
According to the offical version of events, Police Officer Yeakey slit both his wrists, both his arms above the elbow, and his jugular vein while sitting in his car. After bleeding profusely in the car, Terry walked or crawled over a mile from his car, bleeding, crossed a barbed wire fence, and finally came to rest in a gully where he died by a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
Please ask Jayna if as an investigative journalist she ever considered interviewing Tonia Yeakey, the mother of Terry's two children.
For anyone interested, you can hear Tonia's account of Terry's death in her own words at the link above.
