Look at the truck markings carefully. On the flat hood of the white truck are the two letters "UN." But, they are painted in such a way that they are readable as "UN" only to the occupants of the truck who, one would think, should probably already have a good idea who owns the damn truck.
Of course, it may just be there to help the occupants to respond when an Iraqi official says, "We prefer you do not look in there. Who should we make the check out to?" The inspector can give his own name (an ID card has been provided to assist) and then simply glance up to recall his organizational affiliation. Only reason I can think of.
